# Jobs and polling

`GET /v1/jobs/{id}` and `GET /v1/searches/{id}` retrieve your workspace job. Foreign IDs return `404`.

| State | Meaning | Credits |
| - | - | - |
| queued | Waiting for capacity | Reserved |
| running | Request is being processed | Reserved |
| completed | Complete captured result, including confirmed no flights | Charged once |
| partial | Technical extraction gap | Released |
| failed | Request could not produce a usable result | Released |

Jobs contain timestamps, attempt count, immutable result and structured error. Original queue/job deadlines and limited retries bound work. Polling is free. Results expire after 90 days with `410`; raw evidence is private.
