GET /v1/airlines for their operation flags before use.
The endpoint contract is POST /v1/offers/{id}/details, with your workspace offer ID, an Idempotency-Key and an optional max_credits ceiling. An enabled details operation creates a separate job; inspect its result as a new observation rather than assuming the original price still applies.
Foreign IDs return 404; expired references return 410. No booking or payment is performed. See job states, credits and the OpenAPI schema.
